WSWA State Conference and AGM

The 2019 WSWA State Conference will be hosted by the South West Capes Branch.
The Notice Convening the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be included in the May 2019 edition of the Society’s Newsletter. Please see the newsletter for details of proceedings for the full two days.
In line with previous State Conferences and AGMs the Society business meetings will be held on the Saturday (State Council and the AGM – the latter normally starts at 1.30 p.m. that afternoon) with talks and walks on the Sunday throughout the morning and afternoon. More details are in the May newsletter, as well as inserts for Registration, Proxy, and Nominations. These inserts are also available on this website with the newsletter for download (members only) here. Please note that you do not need to be a member to attend the Sunday talks and activities. Non-members may access the Registration form here.
Meetings on Saturday will be held at the Cowaramup District Social Club, 10 Memorial Drive, Cowaramup WA
Directions to Duggan Pavillion, Hall Road in Cowaramup (Sunday): Heading south, turn left into Hall Road from the Bussell Highway in the middle of the town. It doesn’t seem like a public road. Cowaramup Agencies is on the corner of Bussell Highway and Hall Road. Hall Road leads to parking for the Hall, the Duggan Pavilion, public toilets, skate park, oval, … This is the ‘new’ facility in Cowaramup and adjacent to the Cowaramup Hall. The Duggan Pavilion overlooks the town oval. Plenty of parking.
