Chittering Spring Flower Festival
September 15, 2017 - September 17, 2017
A Three Day Celebration of our beautiful West Australian Springtime of Colour
Each year in Spring, Chittering comes alive with wildflowers. The town of Bindoon celebrates the season with its annual Spring Flower Festival
The town of Bindoon also has its gardens out in colour and the Bindoon Tale Trail for those wishing to take a stroll through the history of Bindoon and Chittering.
Most Festival activities are within walking distance of the Hall, apart from the Quilts in Spring and Bindoon Museum which are both located in the historical Brockman Centre, 6 kilometres South of the town. Chittering Landcare has a display of wildflower specimens (Old Gingin Rd Muchea)

Just to clarify these dates and the Bindoon location are for the Chittering Spring Flower Festival.
The Wildflower Show (the display of named local wildflowers) which forms part of this event is to be held at the Chittering Landcare Centre 175 Old Gingin Rd Muchea from 14th to 16th September. (There will be no display of named wildflowers on Sunday 17th September but other festival events will still occur in Bindoon on this date)
The Landcare Centre will also be holding a landcare expo in conjunction with the wildflower show. Opening hours for the Spring Flower Festival and the Wildflower Show are 10am- 4pm not 8am-5pm as noted in the heading for the listing.
The two locations and varying dates for the events needs to be brought to the attention of people who may be attending this event specifically to see the named wildflowers and who may be disappointed if they miss the wildflower display as they are not aware of its location.
