Alcoa Vacation Environmental Scientist – Recalcitrant Monitoring Program

Megan Gray is a recent graduate from Curtin University. During the previous summer of 2017/18, she worked for Alcoa as a vocational environmental scientist. Over her 3-month contract she produced a monitoring program designed to increase recalcitrant contribution to mining pit rehabilitation. Additionally, within this period, she assisted in research projects conducted by Alcoa as well as overseeing a field trip to collect micro-bat samples for Murdoch PhD student, Diana Prada.
