Wildflower Excursion to Coorow
23 September, 2017 - 25 September, 2017
This 3 day excursion is on the Queens Birthday Weekend – Saturday 23rd – Monday 25th September 2017. The bus will be leaving from the Octagonal Hall at 9am on Saturday and returning Monday afternoon. Coorow is 266 kms north of Perth.
Option 1: Book your place on the bus and accommodation at the “Barracks” Single $45/ night or $65 double.
Option 2: Self – drive, with your caravan, please make your bookings at the local caravan park.
Option 3: Self – drive but would like to stay at the Barracks, please book through the Branch contact below.
The tour programme will include a visit to Jinjima Cave, an extraordinary hole in the chert ridge, formed during the breakup of the Gondwana. Then there will be alook at conservation and rare plants on a superb farm, as well as rambles in two or three sand plain national parks.
