WSWA Conference Workshop – Smartphone Wildflower Photography Workshop – with Sophie Xiang
Sophie is a self-taught phone photographer with six years of experience, passionately capturing the beauty of Australian wildflowers. Through my years of practice, I have gained extensive knowledge in botany and smartphone photography.
I have conducted workshops for various festivals, libraries, organisations, and art exhibitions, and have been featured in books, magazines, and ABC TV’s Gardening Australia.
My workshops are very hands-on and cover essential photography fundamentals, including light, choice of subject, composition, and camera settings. Participants will learn features and tips to maximise their photography skills, with the opportunity to practice in real locations.
