WSWA Roadside Vegetation Seminar

The programme includes a variety of talks on roadside vegetation to assist the sub committee develop its roadside vegetation conservation policy:
Eddy Wajon, Convenor of the RVSC, on Opportunities for better roadside vegetation management;
Penny Hussey, Society member on Vegetation corridors and their overall value for nature conservation;
Declan Doherty from the Environmental Defender’s Office on Opportunities for improvements to legislation and implementation for the protection of roadside vegetation;
Rachel Walmsley from the Moore Catchment Council on The loss of roadside vegetation in the Wheatbelt;
Ben Lullfitz from the South West on Roadside conservation issues in the southwest;
Brett Loney, an RVSC member on Practical considerations for roadside conservation.
