Our Guest Speaker is Kevin Thiele
Kevin Thiele is the current President of the Wildflower Society of Western Australia.
He is a botanist with many years’ experience working on the taxonomy of important genera including Banksia, Hibbertia, and the eastern states native violets.
He was the head of the Western Australian Herbarium for ten years, and is currently the Director of Taxonomy Australia at the Australian Academy of Science.
The Wildflower Society uses its independent technical knowledge of WA’s wildflowers to help you better know, grow, enjoy and conserve the wildflowers of Western Australia.
