Calathamnus- where does it belong?

Alex George has a long history of association with Australian native plants. From the WA Herbarium, to Kew Gardens as the Australian Botanical Liaison Officer to Canberra as the Foundation Executive Editor of Flora of Australia. Fieldwork has taken Alex throughout Australia- plant collections total more than 18 000 numbers, including several new discoveries. Major classification interests have been Western Australian orchids, Banksia, Dryandra, Synaphea (family Proteaceae); Verticordia, Calothamnus (family Myrtaceae), and also the endemic Australian family Gyrostemonaceae He has named more than 300 new plants & several new genera. In this talk he will look at some classifications, in particular  Calathamnus
